Job responsibility岗位职责：
1.Carry out efficient testing activities on product function, performance, safety test, etc 实施高效的测试活动，对产品进行功能，性能，安全等测试；
2.Defective product maintenance, tracking, customer communication, defective information analysis, summary and feedback 不良品维修，跟踪，客户沟通，不良信息分析，总结和反馈；
3.Complete filling test report forms, analyze test results, and present professional report 完成测试报表填写，并对测试结果进行分析，给出专业报告；
4.Improve test process, update working instruction, training to technicians on test skills 测试工艺创新改进，作业指导的更新，技术员的测试技能培训；
5.Maintenance of test environment and test equipment, deployment and debugging 测试环境及测试设备的维护，部署与调试；
6.Cooperate with R&D for new product introduce, verify for key test station and component, product tracking, raise proposals on circuit improvement 配合研发对新产品的导入，关键环节及部件测试验证，产品跟踪，提出电路改进建议；
7.Work closely with other departments, guide production line process optimization by professional skills, cooperate to improve quality, raise proposals on cost reduction and efficiency improvement 与其他部门紧密协作，利用专业技能，引导产线作业工艺优化，配合质量提高改善，提出降本增效建议；
8.Follow rules and regulations of company, complete temporary tasks assigned 遵守公司各项规章制度，完成公司交办的临时工作任务；

Job requirements任职要求：
1. College degree or above, major in electronics or mechatronics 大专以上学历，电子或机电相关专业；
2. Good knowledge of electronics or electrical 熟练掌握电子或电气相关知识；
3. Skilled use of electric iron, heat gun and other maintenance tools 熟练使用电烙铁、热风枪等维修工具；
4 Good at English reading and writing ability, can write reports, proficient in using Office software
有一定的英文读写能力，能够书写报告，熟练运用Office办公软件。
5. Good communication and coordination ability, problem solving ability and team work spirit 良好的沟通协调能力、分析解决问题能力及团队合作精神。
