Primary Position Responsibilities:
1:Analyis and improvement in prodution site;
2:Defective parts analsyis;
3:Action for internal and external audit;
4:SAP BOM creation and maintenance ;
5:Imprve prodction cost included process and working time;
6:Douments creation ,WI,error proof ,material check list,PFMEA etc;
7.Orgnize technique training for new machine and technolgy introdution. Maintain teachnician training matrix;
8.To collaborate and assist technician implement contingency repair and maintenance;
9.Some jobs assigned by team leader.
工作职责：
1：生产现场的分析和改进；
2：缺陷零件分析；
3：内部和外部审计行动；
4:SAP BOM的创建和维护；
5：影响生产成本，包括工艺和工作时间；
6：创建Doments、WI、防错、材料检查表、PFMEA等；
7、组织新机技术培训和技术引进。维护教师培训矩阵；
8.配合并协助技术人员实施应急维修和维护；
9.团队领导分配的一些工作。

Requirements：
1:University degree,major in machanicial /electriacl or related field;
2:Fluent in both written and oral English;
3:Minium 5 years engineer experience,automobile industy is plus;
4:Strong teamwork spirit and good communication skills;
5:Strong problem solving skills,be familiar with 8D method;
6:Rich experiance on process enginering and equipment engineering;
7:Sucessful track record and experience on efficiency improvement ;
