About the Job . Lead process, tooling & equipment; design, development & manufacture for new product; installation of designed process, equipment/systems to ensure compliance with design specs, safety and environmental regulations and plant objectives. . Lead and coordinate project from Phase 3 to Phase 4, and well control timeline to ensure production launch on time . Lead review and improve & optimize product, manufacturing process. Studies and recommends techniques to improve product yield, reliability and efficiency. . Lead and coordinate cost reduction program including involvement or ownership of specific cost reduction goals, long range cost reduction strategies and initiates or implements projects to meet these goals . Tracking critical parameters, taking actions to improve, correct and reinforce where needed. Includes quality, safety, and production rates. Also includes identifying, analysing and developing short term and long-term solutions to equipment/process issues. . Assisting operations in meeting production schedules, minimizing unplanned operating downtime and process non-conformance, and controlling product destructs within goals. Prioritizes projects and workload, tracking goals and provides periodic management updates and reviews . Coaching, developing and mentoring employees in areas of responsibility. Conducting performance reviews; developing growth plans; interpreting, implementing and supporting employee-related policies, procedures and programs . Other authorities empowered by management team About You . Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. . Familiarity with ISO, ITAFsystem. And APQP process. . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are necessary. . Excellent presentation skills are also necessary . Ability to organize and carry out multiple projects . Ability to design and perform troubleshooting in a high-speed manufacturing environment. . Estimating and budget management skills. . Some domestic and international travel may be required. . Good in English
