Requirements:

- Strong understanding of the fiber optic industry, including in-depth knowledge of local manufacturers and their capabilities.

- Knowledge of the fiber optic component specifications (connectors, cables, terminated assemblies) and the relevant IEC / Telcordia standards.

- Knowledge of the fiber optic measurements and use of equipment (Power Meter, OTDR).
Main Tasks:

- Research and identify reliable suppliers for fiber optic components, including terminated fiber optic cables, boxes, enclosures.

- Regularly participate in quality audits to ensure compliance with technical specifications.

- Monitor suppliers’ production and assess their ability to meet quality standards and delivery timelines.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and procurement, to optimize OEM operations and component sourcing.
