岗位职责:

1. 新供应商考察认证： (1)按照VDA 6.3 执行“潜在供应商审核”、 “PPAP现场审核”、“飞行审核”、“陪同客户对供应商进行现场审核”；输出供应商考察报告。 (2)针对审核问题点跟踪闭环。Potential supplier quality verification (1) VDA 6.3 audit and report (2)Follow up

2．供应商项目开发:参与供应商TR评审及定点； 制定供应商APQP开发计划，并跟踪实施；实施供应商OTS/PPAP审核并对问题清单跟踪闭环；供应商PSW签署。
Supplier development: take part in TR assessment and nomination ；supplier APQP plan and follow up ；OTS/PPAP audit incase；PSW assignment

3． 供应商过程管理及持续改进：
（1）监控来料、过程及客户端的供应商质量，实施供应商月度绩效考核，当实际质量和质量目标间存在差距时，能有效的采取的预防、纠正和补救措施。 Maintain and monitor supplier regularly performance rating and/or develop the standard quality measurement tools (CAR, DPPM, lot reject rate…), and communicate with suppliers for continuously improvement by regular meeting or on-site audit.
（2）正向改进，在新产品物料建立预防机制，运用各种质量工具进行分析，同时对相关数据整机挖掘隐患点，通过物料专项改进，提高物料质量水平。逆向改进，客户重大投诉，过程的批量停线问题，回归确认找到改善点。 Manage incoming inspection of samples to ensure all raw materials meet the quality requirement. Ensure that suppliers fully understand company quality standards and commit to supply conformity materials. Drive Material Review Board for material rejection and corrective and preventive action program with supplier to make sure effectiveness’ track and verification.
（3）主导制定物料的质量控制体系的策划，对运行状态的检查与监督。Develop the inspection plan of incoming material inspection flow, work with the appropriate Engineering teams to define Supplier specifications and ensure the suppliers implement the correct inspection process.

4. 其他公司安排的任务 Other assignment

Experience and Skill:
1. 全日制本科及以上学历; University degree in material/chemical or related;
2. 3年以上汽车电子产品开发经验（汽车标签，内饰零部件等）； At least 3 years experience in quality control in foreign invested enterprise
3、熟悉相关汽车产品工艺流程、特殊特性管控要求、主要失效模式FTA， 知晓或掌握常见失效分析方法及仪器设备；Experience in Auto decoration, label ,diecut products quality control is favorite;
4、熟悉IATF16949体系及五大质量工具APQP、PPAP、SPC、FMEA、MSA，并有部署实施的经验；Familiar with IATF16949 and 5 tools APQP、PPAP、SPC、FMEA、MSA
5. 具备较强的数据分析能力和问题解决能力，能独立给出产品质量问题的解决建议，并推动改进落地；
6. 具有较高的自驱力和责任心，良好统筹沟通、协调推动和学习能力，能承担较强工作压力。
