工作职责
Involved in new supplier develop and audit, perform the new supplier qualification and risk evaluation with purchasing and R&D engineer. 参与新供应商的开发及审核，和采购及研发工程师合作对供应商进行全面的资质和风险评估。 Manage suppliers’ new projects development process, identify and master the quality requirements of the project in advance, formulate the inspection standards of the purchased parts, and unify the measurement methods and acceptance standards. 管理供应商的新项目开发过程，提前识别及掌握项目的质量要求，制定采购件的检验标准，统一测量方法及验收标准。 Lead the handling of quality problems related to goods receiving, assembly and customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis of quality problems, and push relevant responsible parties to take corresponding corrective and preventive measures 主导收货，装配以及客诉涉及到的采购件的质量问题处理，对质量问题进行根本原因分析，推动相关责任方采取对应的纠正及预防措施。 Manage supplier early quality risk containment (e.g. PPAP endorsement), follow up improvement reports and validate action effectiveness to guarantee the 管理供应商早期质量风险遏制（如PPAP认可），跟踪改善报告并验证措施有效性。 Statistical analysis of supplier quality data ,organize the supplier monthly review, quarterly evaluation and yearly audit, summarize the supplier performance report. 统计分析供应商质量数据，组织供应商的月度审查，季度评估以及年度审核，汇总供应商绩效报告。

任职资格
Bachelor degree or above, mechanical or electronic major is preferred, at least 5 years supplier quality management experience; Experience in semiconductor industry is preferred； 本科及以上学历，机械或电子相关专业优先，至少5年以上的供应商质量管理经验；半导体行业经验优先； Familiar with the application of various quality tools (such as: 8D/PPAP/SPC/QC technique /MSA/FME). 熟悉质量工具（8D/PPAP/SPC/QC手法/MSA/FMEA）运用； Have a strong technical background, can understand the design drawings of mechanical parts or specifications of electrical or electromechanical equipment. 具备较强的技术背景，能够理解机构件的设计图纸或者电气机电设备规格； Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated, efficient communication skills, clear logical thinking ability, summary ability. 较强的责任心和自驱力，高效的沟通能力，清晰的逻辑思维能力和总结能力。 Principled, able to balance quality and cost, adapt to business trips . 原则性强，能平衡质量与成本，适应出差。
