? Manage the month-end and year-end close processes ? To plan and formulate Sales and Marketing Strategy for the markets for promotion and expansion of company’s business. ? Implementation to achieve targets. ? To plan and manage key accounts, & to build and maintain profitable long-term relationships with customers for increase sales and to develop new customers and there by achieve higher market share. ? To make presentations and explain the advantages of our machines / spares for prospective future orders. ? To coordinate with customers on the mill visits where our successful installations to show the strengths for future orders. ? To plan project execution along with CSD In-charge of TMSCL and coordinate with agent (If any) for delivery of machines and collection of payment. ? To regularly interact with the customers to study the performance of our product at their site and there by to assess customer needs for products & services and to provide inputs for Marketing to make appropriate actions. ? And any other duties and responsibilities assigned by your HOD/ Management, which may arise from time to time. Required Skills : ? Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets ? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills ? Manage the month-end and year-end close processes Communication read & Write in English. ? Superb leadership ability to control the existing sales structure. ? Ability to travel.
