Responsibilities: 1 Coordinates/defines project targets with product management in collaboration with project team. 2 Create the project structure taking into account the PEP and the schedule and cost plan. 3 Lead the project team to meet the project target by making project plan, execution and risk control. 4 Reports within/to relevant committees(e.g. AMP, VSB, Steering Committee KCT), notifies those affected of any potential risks in good time and reaches target-oriented decisions in good time. 5 Coordinates, leads and motivates the project team 6 Ensures that everyone involves has an overall vision of the project 7 Creates a general overview (e.g. schedule), reconciles this within the project team and keeps it up-to-date if necessary 8 Other assigned tasks from department head(e.g. specific topics in process improvement, personal development).
Requirements: 1 Bachelor’s degree or above, Engineering (Mechanical/Automotive/electronics) or Business background preferred. 2 Min. 5 years’ experience in project management 3 Min. 3 years’ experience in new product development 4 Experience in cleaning industrial with pressure washer or vacuum cleaner is more preferred 5 Good technical and business judgment. Can understand and explain relevant issues during new product development in a clear and concise manor, experiences in making trade-off with cross functions for cost, schedule, quality. 6 Experience on leading international project teams and adapt to multinational culture 7 Good communication and coordination skill both in Chinese and English 8 Understand product development process and related cross functional issues. 9 Entrepreneurship (e.g. passion, optimistic and self-motivated) 10 Strong leadership
