岗位职责：
1. Maintain quality manual and procedures.
2. Make sure that BCS BPM is implemented and maintained in the whole company.
3. Manage internal system and process audits and follow-up.
4. Manage external audit (customer 3rd Party) and follow-up.
5. Review and optimize internal process flow and procedure.
6. Summary and monitor company KPI monthly.
7. Coordinate in Mangerment Review meeting.
8. Participate in Supplier process/QMS audit when needed.
9. Define and implement new procedures together with the other functions to make sure that business needs are covered by our management system.
1.维护质量手册和程序。
2.确保BCS BPM在整个公司得到实施和维护。
3.管理内部系统和流程审核及后续工作。
4.管理外部审计（客户第三方）和跟踪。
5.审查和优化内部流程和程序。
6.每月总结并监控公司KPI。
7.协调管理评审会议。
8.必要时参与供应商过程/QMS审核。
9.与其他职能部门一起定义和实施新程序，以确保我们的管理系统涵盖业务需求。

岗位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above，IE or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering related；
2.Minimum 5 years’ working experience in quality system management of automotive industry.
3. Be familiar with customer special system requirement, e.g. VW Formel Q （D/TLD）, Ford Q1, GM BIQS
4. Strong power to push system carrying on.
5. Have IATF 16949 internal auditor certificate, VDA 6.3 certificate is preferred.
6. Be familiar with AIAG five core tools，6 Sigma black belt or green belt.
7. Excellent English skills.
1.本科及以上学历，IE或机电工程相关
2. 最少5年以上质量体系管理工作经历
3.熟悉客户的特殊系统要求，如VW Formel Q（D/TLD）、Ford Q1、GM BIQS
4.强大的系统推进力。
5.具有IATF16949内审员证书，VDA6.3证书优先。
6.熟悉AIAG五大核心工具，6西格玛黑带或绿带。
7.优秀的英语能力。
