岗位职责Job Responsibilities
1、负责所有PI创新和复制项目，处理成本比较，协商有竞争力的成本和模具投资条件。通过考虑质量、总成本、产能、交货期和社会责任等因素选择合适的供应商；
Responsible for all PI innovation and duplicated projects, handle the cost comparison, and negotiate competitive cost and mold investment conditions. Select right supplier by consider quality, total cost, capacity, delivery and social accountability, etc.
2、主导品类采购开发，以达成包材和外包项目的节约目标，包括PPV，返利，成本规避，付款期限延长等，确保所有复制项目按时交付；
Lead category sourcing to achieve package and subcontractor saving target, including PPV, Rebate, cost avoidance, payment term extension etc. ensure all duplicated projects transferred on time.
3、主导异常问题的解决，并推动供应商改善绩效(如NC, OTIF，成本，技术，合作等)；
Lead category sourcing for abnormal issues settlement and push suppliers improve performance such as (NC, OTIF, cost, technical, cooperation etc).
4、管理和优化整个供应商基础，推动质量和有竞争力的成本基准，确定和实施成本节约措施， 支持生意；
Manage and optimize the whole supplier base driving quality and competitive cost benchmarks, identify and implement cost saving initiatives to support business.
5、与主要供应商建立合作关系，对供应商的能力、质量、社会责任、服务水平和潜在风险进行管理；
Develop the partnership with key suppliers, manage the supplier concerning capability, capacity, quality, social accountability ,service level and potential risk.
6、对指定类别的细分市场进行分析，建立成本模型，挖掘潜在的成本节约机会；
Niche market analysis for assigned categories, build cost model, dig out potential cost saving opportunities.
7、参与质量和交货问题，在采购价格偏离和其他采购事宜时支持供应链；
Involve in quality and delivery issue if needed, support supply chain in case of purchasing price deviation and other purchasing matters.
8. 跟踪市场:新技术、新供应商等； 　
Follow the market: new technology, new supplier, etc.　
9. 全球项目支持工作；
Global project supporting.
10. 完成上级安排的其他工作。
Any other jobs assigned by superior.

任职要求Qualifications
1、机械工程/高分子科学学位；
Mechanical Engineering / Polymer Science Degree.
2、8年以上采购经验，5年化妆品或快速消费品包装行业管理经验；
Minimum 8 years of sourcing experience and 5 years management experiences in cosmetic or FMCG packaging industry.
3、熟悉包装业务趋势、市场状况、成本结构等；
Know well about package business trends, market conditions, cost structure etc.
4、良好的沟通、分析和项目管理能力；
Good communication ,analytical and project management skills.
5、积极主动，有良好的管理技能。能够积极地接受挑战，在最短的时间内完成工作；
Self starter with good initiative and management skills. Able to take challenges positively, work to aggressive timelines and with minimal supervision.
6、良好的诚信，独立，以结果为导向；
Good integrity, independent and results oriented.
7、流利的英语和普通话。
Fluent in English & Mandarin.
