Job Responsibilities: 1.Develop new customers base to achieve sales goals. 2.Lead full sales cycle including identify, qualify, proposal, bidding, contract, order processing, and handover. 3.Define the leads generation plan and proactively maintain sale progress report. 4.Conduct product introduction, basic requirement analysis, generate site analysis report per template. 5.Produce sales proposal, assess risk, create strategic offerings, negotiate and finalize contract. 6.Work out standard order package as input of order processing, support the invoicing activities. 7.Conduct internal project kick-off and completed sales commitment handover. 8.Timely escalation to management to request for sales and technical support for winning opportunities. 9.Produce sales forecast reports on 2-week basis. 10.Time-to-time support and work with international team for MNC accounts. 11.Participate in project reviews when required 12.Keep up-to-date knowledge of company product offerings, strategy, business process and tools 13.Travel is mandatory 14.Complete other tasks assigned by line manager. Job Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree or above; Industrial Engineering, Information technology, Electronics, Mechanical major 2.English: Excellent at reading, writing, listening, speaking 3.5+ years experiences of sales and account management 4.Proven successful record of managing multiple accounts activities at the same time 5.3+ years project management experience in software or electronics manufacturing business 6.3+ years service management experience in software or electronics manufacturing business 7.Comprehensive knowledge of discrete or electronics manufacturing process 8.Good experiences of preparing proposal and good presentation skill is a must 9.Present strong leadership and skill of communication 10.Working towards to achieve the goals effectively 11.Detailed-oriented and able to report the cases 12.Show fast and independent learning ability of new concept, systems, software, and process 13.Self-motivator, able to work as team member as well as individual, with minimum supervision 14.High energy, positive attitude, professional, and mature to handle pressure 15.Open-minded, taking advices, proactively seeking growth points of width and depth 16.Ability to prioritize work and effectively manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
