Responsibility: 1. It is autonomous in coordinating projects and activities that involve technical involvement, in agreement with the plant ISC team, defining times and resources for the various activities. 2. Sometimes the resources may reside in external bodies or suppliers, with which economic conditions and timing are defined. 3. Analyzes specific technical problems related to functional testing or measurement control at the system, subsystem or individual component level, defining appropriate solutions for the use of the test in production and actively collaborating with the other company bodies involved and with its development team. 4. Supports the validation of production processes in accordance with current company procedures. 5. In the course of carrying out the activities related to the function, the position may entail the need to carry out product or process innovation programs that may involve inventive activities with respect to the known state of the art. 6. The inventive results may be filed in the form of patents or other legal protection instruments, depending on the intellectual property protection policy implemented by the company and the regulations in force. 7. It is an active support in the industrialization phase of the product /production process starting from the drafting of the User Requirements and following the activities of FAT, SAT, Review and validation. 8. Proposes improvements to product processes if they are necessary during the validation, sustaining and referable to VIP projects (Value improvement project). 9. Participates in or leads root cause analysis teams related to activities related to CAPA (Corrective Action Preventive Action). 10. Ensures the Design Transfer process from Research and Development (R&D) to Manufacturing (MFG). 11. Collaborates with the Engineering team for the realization of risk analysis such as FMEA or HACCP. 12. Guarantees the availability of technical documentation relating to its design area operating according to the regulations and in accordance with company procedures.
Requirement: 1. Mechanical/Electrical or related majors, bachelor or above is preferred. 2. Above 5 years in medical device assembling and testing working experience 3. New product equipement introducing experience 4. Fluent in English written and speaking. 5. Knowledge of the principles of statistics. 6. Knowledge of the Office package. 7. Predisposition to work in TEAM. 8. Knowledge of the verification and validation process. 9. Knowledge of Lean Production concepts.
