工作职责: 1. Fully responsible for conducting the procedures on employees’ in/out, probation, rotation and demission etc. meanwhile, keep all employee information is accurate and timely. 负责员工入转调离等手续办理,并实时维护人事系统信息保证信息准确; 2. Maintenance employee files, following employee probation procedure, handle contract renewal, etc. 员工档案管理、试用期流程跟踪、合同续签办理等; 3. Provide the insurance adding & deducting information to insurance company monthly. And apply for reimbursement regarding employee accident or sickness insurance and employee work injury. 每月更新商业保险增减名单,并协助员工办理意外险或疾病险的理陪和工伤申报; 4. Monthly attendance calculation and maintenance, and analysis the weekly data for reporting employee attendance situation. 每月考勤统计及维护;每周进行考勤数据报表分析; 5. Perform other duties assigned by line manager. 执行上级分配的其他任务 任职资格: 1. Bachelor degree, majoring in HR or management related. 本科学历,人力资源或管理类相关专业; 2. Good communication skill and willing to deal with people at all levels. 学习力强,并愿意持续自我提升; 3. Strong sense of responsibility, utmost of confidentiality. 为人正直,强烈的责任心和保密意识; 4. Excellent English speaking and reading and writing. 流利的英语听说读写能力。
