岗位职责：
1.Develop Embedded Software, create software Architecture, Software Requirements and software test cases
2.Lead to define the software time plan and priorities the software contents
3.Can interface the customer regarding software technical aspects
5.Review outcomes from other functions/departments (eg. Test results, etc,)
6.Work on the capitalization of the different requirement of the customers and achieve an accurate requirement analysis
7.Support the customer for all the activities related to documentation, tests,etc
8.Developing product and components that incorporate electrical and software components to meet customer structural, packaging and performance requirements
9.Designing and developing test set-ups for the testing and evaluation of electrical product
10.Oversight of development projects related to customer concerns and cost reductions
11.Performing failure analysis and problem resolutions.

岗位要求：
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Electronics or Computer Science
2. 3+ years software experience in the automotive ECU development.
3. Lead software design, including software requirement, software architecture, software detailed design, code construction.
4. English is mandatory;
5. Good knowledge in ASPICE compliance.
6. Familiar with automotive design rules and standards, including AUTOSAR/ISO26262/ISO21434/ISO15765/ISO14229/CAN/LIN;BSW capability
7. Highly motivated, energetic and flexible
具备3年以上汽车电子软件开发经验；
能够主导软件开发设计，包括创建软件需求和软件架构以及开发复杂驱动和核心逻辑等；
英语熟练，能够支持国际化沟通和协作；
理解ASPICE，软件开发相关输出物能够满足ASPICE要求；
熟悉AUTOSAR/ISO26262/ISO21434/ISO15765/ISO14229/CAN/LIN/CANoe等。具备BSW开发能力
