POSITION SUMMARY:
With more new tasks and challenges, to better support our growth business in Operation side, in charge of GC Ops reports, leading GC Ops finance process standardization under supervision of GC Ops FC, work with Ops FC to support regional Ops and commercial team with good cost analysis and results for business improvement and decision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Responsible for monthly MFG Flex actual/forecast result tracking and consolidation, improve the review process on unit cost by category to support sites control expense and improve the forecast accuracy etc.
? Responsible for monthly MFG bridges/reports of GC level, and work with FCs to identify the issues with variance analysis to Ops leaders.
? Assist GC FC and work closely with site controllers on Standard cost development, cost comparison standardization, including cost tracking, new TPC quotation, etc.
? Assist GC FC on manufacturing budgets and forecasts consolidation, provide analytical advice to control and coordinating site controllers to support performance delivery.
? Responsible for Monthly GC Capex report to operation leaders, and improve working process and adjust reports timely of Capex review at GC level to satisfy the new variety requirements from functional leaders etc.
? Work with FCs and related functions on operations processes/reports standardization including business processes and MFG accounting booking and processes, such as E&O, Outsourcing process, MUV, PPV, Scrap process control etc.
? Integrate the finance analysis requirements with IT/Ops resource and system, such as IEMS- tooling management system.
? Responsible for operations monthly scorecard consolidation and tracking the site performance for GC region.
? Other tasks assigned by leader.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
? College degree or above in accounting, finance, auditing or other related field.
? Fluent in Mandarin and English, both in written and spoken.
? Preferred Hardworking, quick learner with strong sense of business and operation.
? Accounting certificate holder is preferred, e.g. CPA, CIA, ACCA.
? More than 3 years working experience in finance in a manufacturing environment.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS:
? Good skills for Microsoft office especially spreadsheet.
? Familiar with SAP.
? Familiar with Finance/Business processes.
? Good communication skills.
