1. Sales order confirmation daily, make monthly, weekly, and daily production plan based on production capacity, material availability and sales delivery schedule to ensure on-time delivery to customers. 2. Release, monitoring, confirmation check and closure of production orders in SAP and follow-up, take countermeasures to solve any abnormal cases, e.g., quality issues, defective parts, manpower shortage and equipment issue etc. during production escalation if necessary. 3. Missing parts follow-up and chasing with procurement team. 4. Project rescheduling check and confirmation timely. 5. Well control of WIP and IPT, deal with IWD in time, clean up daily of ZDPO message, COGI and bypass etc. 6. Implementation of ECO changes. 7. Monthly update 3 months rolling demand for capacity calculation. 8. Other tasks assign by supervisor.
Requirements:
1. College or above, major in logistics. 2. Planning experience in shop floor assembly and/or machining. 3. Experienced in material planning and knowledge of supply chain. 4. Very familiar with SAP PP.
