Tasks and Responsibilities: 1. Disciplinary and/or functional management of employees 2. Responsible for resource planning in the assigned area 3. Leading all sales activities in the relevant region 4. Checking RFQs and making decisions together with the Business Unit 5. Building up and maintaining the regional sales structures 6. Preparing the regional investment planning 7. Establishing personal business relationships at all customer levels with the Director Sales Global Account 8. Ensuring that ElringKlinger is included on the customer's supplier list 9. Acting as the technical interface to the customer 10. Preparing and carrying out TechReviews 11. Acting as the commercial interface to the customer in consultation with the Product Manager Sales 12. Identifying and developing new business opportunities 13. Carrying out customer satisfaction surveys, if required 14. Ensuring correct, qualified use of sales-related customer portal 15. Acting as the interface to ElringKlinger Business Units and production plants 16. Working closely with the Director Sales Global Account 17. Preparing the annual sales forecast per customer and region as well as future customer development 18. Preparing sales reports on time in a standardised format 19. Preparing and conducting the local annual price negotiations in consultation with the Director Sales Global Account 20. Controlling and reporting customer satisfaction, e.g. via customer portals 21. Entering project data on the relevant data platform, e.g. easyDoc 22. Reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) as defined by the Executive Vice President Sales 23. Drawing up competitor analyses 24. Approving the local sales planning in the Global Sales Planning Tool (GSPT) for the relevant customers 25. Ensuring that quotes for customers conform to the RFQ in terms of design and calculation Qualifications: 1. Completed bachelor’s degree with Technical or Engineering Background. Min. 5 years of professional experience in sales function in automotive industry. 2. Goal and success orientation 3. Customer and market orientation 4. Project management skills 5. Problem solving competence 6. Good communication skills and conflict-solving ability 7. Familiar with local OEM is preferred. 8. Mobility (High Frequency biz trip, 10dys min. per month.
