Set up, install and maintain desktops and laptops throughout the company. Provide support to company media equipment which includes projectors, TVs, Polycom. Install and upgrade schedules for business software. Provide guides and support for company management, accounting and HR software. Monitor use of It hardware and accessories, and report misuse and loss. Directly and with third party vendors repair and service the equipment. 2、Security system Provide support to company CCTV & Access control systems Work with IT Manager to define system requirements and developments goals, identify and resolve issues and risks. Work with third party for improvement projects. 3、platforms Internet, Microsoft Windows. Outlook. Office365. printing and other business applications. Experience with servers. 4、Asset Management Maintain an inventory of all network equipment and licenses. Keep track of all It equipment. Minor Responsibilities: Adhere to company policies and protocols. Other tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Manager
Requirement profile: Education: College in computer science, information systems or related computer field. Personal: Must be able to read, analyze and interpret hardware and systems management technical manuals and procedures. Strong personal skills to communication directly with users. Strong initiative, integrity and good judgment. Fast problem solving skills in new situations. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Able to work under pressure. Able to work at off-shift time if necessary. Language: Fluent in German has the ability communicate on job related topics. Mother language Chinese. Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT field is preferred, western company working experience preferable.
