Key Responsibilities: 1)Follow company Asia strategy to create and update yearly strategy and objectives of Sales function; 2)Develops sales management capabilities, and build a cohesive and high-performance team; 3)Develop new business opportunities in targeted industry sectors (non-consumer industries); 4)Create relevant policies and budget plan to support the sales target (incentive policy, bidding procedure etc.); 5)Establish & enhance customer intimacy with decision makers of potential customers, analyze and understand customer strategies, future product plans and growth activities in order to establish penetration strategies for new market opportunities. 6)Maintain customer relationships, make convincing proposals and negotiate contracts; 7)Provides sound leadership, management, coaching and training to sales and marketing team. 8)Present sales target & progress, as well as the deployment of sales strategy to the management Key Requirements: 1)Bachelor’s degree is mandatory, Master’s degree is preferred; 2)Minimum 10 years sales & marketing experience in Electronic manufacturing service (EMS) industry with at least 5 years at sales management position; experience in Asia and Europe market is preferred; 3)A business-driven person with strong business and commercial sense, as well as proven track record of profitable business growth; 4)Strong leadership to drive and inspire performance of sales teams; 5)Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-oriented and commercial mindset; 6)Excellent command of English and Mandarin; Mastering a third language is a good plus. 7)Frequent business travel is required.
