1. Collect, organize, and analyze government research policies, and assist academic sraff in application processes. 2. Provide support for external projects for academic staff, from project initiation to completion, and assist in completing the university’s approval procedures. 3. Categorize and organize technical achievements and platforms of the academy, and assist in promotion; 4. Assist in planning meeting agendas, organizing related activities, participating in negotiation meetings, and drafting project-related documents for important projects. 5. Actively expand cooperation channels, organize various research promotion activities such as project matchmaking negotiations, and facilitate university-enterprise research cooperation. 6. Act as Secretary of Academy Research Committee and related panels in arranging meetings, taking meeting minutes, organizing and preparing relevant documents, and providing other support when needed. 7. Complete other tasks assigned by line manager.
1. Master's degree or equivalent qualification plus 2 years of work experience; 2. Major in life sciences such as biology, chemistry, pharmacy, and medicine; 3. Strong awareness about research grant funding and related government policies; 4. Proven ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information in a responsible and professional manner; 5. Experience of organizing and managing meetings and events; 6. Priority will be given to those with rich experience in project application or technology transfer and technology achievement transformation.
This is a busy and varied post which requires a person who is able to multi-task and work to deadlines. The post involves a high level of interaction with staff of all levels and the post-holder must combine a professional approach with a friendly and welcoming manner.
