What is the job about?
* Contribute to the Scrum Team’s deliveries by applying Engineering skills. * Develop task from the Back-log and supervise less experienced product development engineers. * Conduct analysis and support designing, developing, and implementing complex systems and solutions. * Handle day to day tasks supporting the technical documentation. * Take Product Owner / Project manager role in new VFD/Motor product development projects
Your main responsibilities:
* Hands-on project management capabilities while also acting as resource in same project * Lead and participate in the entire systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements analysis, system architecture design, development, integration, testing, and deployment. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, performance metrics, and design constraints based on product specifications and customer needs. * Conduct thorough feasibility studies and trade-off analyses to select optimal solutions for complex technical challenges. * Develop and document system architectures, block diagrams, and interface specifications to guide the implementation and integration of hardware and software components. * Coordinate with hardware and software engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of subsystems and components, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the development process. * Conduct system-level testing, performance evaluation, and validation to ensure compliance with product requirements and industry standards. * Identify and mitigate risks associated with system development and implementation, and propose innovative solutions to enhance system reliability, robustness, and scalability. * Provide technical leadership and mentorship to less experienced engineers, maintaining a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. * Stay updated with the latest advancements in systems engineering methodologies, tools, and technologies, and identify opportunities to leverage emerging trends in product development
Your background:
* Bachelor's /Master’s degree in System Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field * Technical knowledge with product development, must have VFD/VSD/Drive experience. * Proficient English – verbal and written. * Understanding Agile principles
