任职资格
Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or equivalent
At least 3 years of working experience as Production/Group leader in manufacturing function
At least 8 years working experience in mechanical manufacturing or related field.

Knowledge/Experience in:
Good knowledge of machining, assembly, welding and related work experience
Good leadership and communication skills
Down-to-earth pragmatic style
Good sense of innovation and action
Lean Manufacturing knowledge
Quality assurance experience
SAP or comparable MRP systems.
Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing
Positive minded, self-starter and a team player
Good discipline
