Project Purchasing 1) Responsible for project purchasing for all China Schott Plants including spend strategy alignment, conducting RFQs, negotiation and contracting. 2) Track sourcing project progress and initiate corrective action to meet the plan. 3) Identify and develop the right suppliers based on the criteria of quality, cost, delivery and technical capability in the cooperation with global category manager and Business Unit. 4) Managing and developing existing suppliers in China by implementation of frame contracts, negotiation of price and sup-plier audits together with QA Engineer regarding quality, cost, delivery and service. 5) Develop and manage vendor relationships. 6) Monitor and analysis of supply markets for responsible material groups
Ordering process 7) Manage purchasing to pay procedure to ensure smooth material supplying and to ensure the whole process is in accordance with the guideline. 8) Be responsible for master data administration; maintain supplier-related agreements in data bases. 9) Adjust daily business activities with suppliers, e. g. demand/volume/delivery date changes 10) Support superior with the optimization of sourcing processes and systems to increase the efficiency of purchasing processes.
Your Profile: 1) Bachelor degree or above, major in Business/Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical Electronic. 2) Min 5 years of purchasing experience in multi-national company with excellent negotiation and communication skills. 3) Good project management skills. 4) Fluent English in written and spoken.
