Main Duties and Responsibilities 主要工作内容(以下所列仅为主要职责,并未包含全部(其他由主管指定的工作)) 61 Field Service Competency 61 Mechatronics Discipline in Training 61 Capability Sourcing Strategy from Competitions dealing in similar product type of positioners, electric actuations, DCS, Master Stations, etc. 61 Manage QRC projects, service technical & support, and growing business; 61 Design/customizes service solutions in accordance with customer request and company standards/procedures, and meet the customer requirements; 61 Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face, respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints. 61 Propose the best repair solution to meet the customer’s requirement both technically and economically; 61 Coordinate and communicate with overseas facility to support service; 61 Participate and responsible for QRC weekly/monthly reports and related analysis reports; 61 Observe maintenance workflow and participate improvement opinion; 61 Develop\Audit\Manage Chinese CSC to support distributor business growing and customer satisfaction; Requirements & Qualification 任职资格 61 Education教育背景: 61 Bachelor degree in automation or mechatronics 61 Language语言能力: Proficient in both written and oral English
61 Years of Related Experiences 工作经验: 61 Minimum 5 years in valves/automation working experience with good computer skills
61 Professional Knowledge 专业知识/技能: 61 Good in communication, negotiation, analytical & problem solving skill 61 Project Management skills 61 Good team work and mentoring skill 61 Must have a good knowledge of valves, filed instruments, DCS, installation supervision and different industry processes.
