Job Responsibilities

1. Work out commodity sourcing strategy to align with BU business requirement & company policy

2. Develop new supplier and sign the contract with suppliers including purchasing agreement, quality agreement, NDA etc

3. Work with new parts RFQ、Feasibility Study sign、sample preparing，and supplier selection for new projects developing and management

4. Negotiate with supplier for commercial conditions, price, incoterms, lead-time , MOQ, payment term, VMI etc

5. Responsible for tracking Supplier Performance and improvement

6. Audit key suppliers with SQE regularly

7. Work with cross function team to continuous optimization supplier process and lean manufacture to driver cost productivity opportunity；

8. Aware IATF16949/VDA6.3 and familiar with the PPAP procedure

9. Bachelor degree with mold & molding experience or related field
