Job Responsibilities 1. Provide RFQ (request for quotation) services for indirect purchase demand below 12.5k EUR to internal department incl. supplier sourcing, negotiation etc. based on internal request. 为内部部门提供12.5 k 欧元以下间接采购需求的询价(邀请报价)服务,包括根据内部要求寻找供应商、谈判等; 2. Ensure related purchasing process implementation. 确保相关采购流程的执行; 3. Market searching to maintain supplier pool for user’s purchase request as well as for division’s purchase consulting request, price benchmarking and provide proper consultancy solutions to users with customer orientated mindset. 进行市场搜索,为用户的采购要求以及部门的采购咨询要求维护供应商库,制定价格基准,并为以客户为导向的用户提供适当的咨询解决方案; 4. Collaborate with user departments for process optimization and drive cost saving projects. 与用户过程优化合作,推动节约成本的项目; 5. Proper documentation, purchasing data analysis and reporting适当的文件,采购数据分析和报告; 6. Cooperate with central indirect purchasing organization与中央间接采购组织合作; 7. Support departments on process and supplier audit / release 协助部门进行过程和供应商审核/发布; 8. Other tasks assigned by supervisor主管交办的其他工作;
Qualification Requirements 1. Bachelor degree or above;全日制本科以上学历; 2. At least 3 years of purchasing related experience, indirect purchasing preferred;3年以上采购相关工作经验,有间接采购经验者优先; 3. Be fluent in English in oral and written; 英语听说读写流利; 4. Good communication and negotiation skills; 良好的沟通和谈判技巧; 5. Strong sense of responsibility and reliable; 责任心强,可靠; 6. Customer focus and result orientated, be able to work under pressure; 以客户为中心,以结果为导向,能够承受工作压力; 7. Be flexible and actively drive topics forward with ownership; 具有灵活性,积极主动地推动主题向前发展; 8. Good at MS Excel and PowerPoint; 熟练使用 Excel 和 PowerPoint 软件; 9. SAP MM module experience is a Plus有 SAP MM 模块经验者优先;
