工作职责:
维护现有客户的业务,协调内部资源为现有客户提供深度支持,并持续挖掘新项目上的业务机会。
Maintain the business of existing customers, coordinate internal resources to provide deep support for existing customers, and continuously explore business opportunities on new projects.

资质要求:
教育背景与工作经历:
自动化、电气工程、机械工程、工业工程或其它工程学科本科及以上学历者优先考虑,优秀的计算机科学方向的人才亦可。
Bachelor's degree or above in automation, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or other engineering disciplines is preferred, and excellent talents in computer science are also welcome.
在物流自动化、工厂自动化或过程自动化行业,有三到五年的设备或系统解决方案的B2B销售经验。如果有在充电技术和电池领域的相关产品或者解决方案的销售经验优先考虑。
3-5 years of B2B sales experience in equipment or system solutions in the logistics automation, factory automation, or process automation industries. Sales experience in charging technology and battery related products or solutions is a plus.
优秀的新业务开发能力。
Excellent ability to develop new business.
优秀的商务谈判技巧。
Excellent business negotiation skills.

Excellent customer communication skills, including listening ability, self-expression, conflict resolution, and handling customer doubts.
能够在国内/国际范围内出差,包括部分乘飞机出行。
Ability to travel domestically/internationally, including by flights.
具备团队合作精神,共同解决问题,并有能力帮助组织制定战略计划。
Have a team spirit, work together to solve problems, and can support the organization to develop strategic plans .

须掌握自动化领域内的软件应用和技术的一般知识
General knowledge of software applications and technologies in the field of automation is required
熟练使用微软办公软件及互联网应用。

Be willing and capable to work on non-standard shifts as needed.
