Main Responsibility: -- Leverage internal resources to meet customers' demand in terms of delivery, pricing, quality etc. -- Communicate very well with existing customers to maintain and further develop good relationships with the team. -- Identify possibilities for new business with own designed customers. -- Provides sales forecasts, supervises quality and cost development and initiate improving actions. -- Develop business especially for system business in China, need to contact end users and key accounts, have our products/brand certificated. -- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets. -- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and customer segments, find partners in telecom, utility, industrial etc. sectors. -- Build up channel to the market, promote our products.
Position Requirements: -- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electronic Engineer/ Engineering. -- At least 5 years of proven experience in Power supply or electrical/energy sector. -- Good technical knowledge of Power systems, power cabinets or other renewable energy solutions. -- Good skills in communicating with external customers and internal colleagues. -- High commitment to fulfill customer needs. -- Can work well under pressure with high fighting spirit and team working spirit. -- Fluent English in written and speaking.
