Act as the process quality engineer with below main responsibilities:
80 Drive and coordinate the continuous improvement of process quality (internal scrap reduction, promote usage of quality tools…)
80 Management and settlement and reduction of non-conforming material and products from the production process
80 Training of workers on qualitative aspects to improve quality awareness;
80 Management of internal complaints, sorting and blocked zone
80 Shop-floor quality management and quality assurance in production processes;
80 Change & Concession management
80 Support new projects
80 Process release related activities
80 Other tasks assigned by the manager

Requirements
1. Min.3 years working experience in automotive industry
2. Process quality experience is required
3. Problem solving skills (8D, fishbone, 5WHY…)
4. Familiar with Quality tools (SPC, FMEA, MSA, ETC…)
5. Familiar with production process (5M1E, process parameter, Poka Yoke…)
6. Familiar with IATF16949
7. Good command of written and spoken English
