工作职责：
Job responsibilities:
1、ISO9001、IATF16949 管理体系等的导入和维护
Import and maintain management systems such as ISO9001 and IATF16949.
2、熟练掌握质量、环境、职业健康与安全管理体系最新版本的标准条款
Be proficient in the standard clauses of the latest versions of the quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems.
3、熟悉与公司质量、环境和职业健康安全运行相关的法律法规及其他要求并及时更新公司相关文件
Be familiar with laws, regulations and other requirements related to the company's quality, environmental and occupational health and safety operations, and update the company's relevant documents in a timely manner.
4、制定质量、环境、职业健康与安全管理体系内部审核计划，并按计划主导内审
Formulate the internal audit plan for the quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems, and lead the internal audit according to the plan.
5、制定公司 (含各分子公司) 体系专项 & 符合度审核计划，并按计划主导实施以不断提升体系符合度
Formulate the special & compliance audit plan for the company's (including all subsidiaries) systems, and lead the implementation according to the plan to continuously improve the system compliance.
6、协助管理者代表收集整理管理评审资料，制作管理评审报告，同时跟踪管理评审输出项的落实
Assist the management representative in collecting and sorting out the management review materials, prepare the management review report, and at the same time, track the implementation of the management review output items.
7、 主导客户体系稽核表、调查表的填写和回复
Take the lead in filling out and replying to the customer system audit forms and questionnaires.
8、 主导客户体系审核和协助完成客户制程审核
Lead the customer system audit and assist in completing the customer process audit.
9、 主导第三方体系审核
Lead the third-party system audit.
10、 推动各部门定期对质量、环境、职业健康与安全管理体系文件进行评审和更新，确保体系文件的持续有效
Promote each department to regularly review and update the quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management system documents to ensure the continuous effectiveness of the system documents.
11、质量、环境、职业健康与安全管理体系相关知识及体系类程序文件培训 & 宣导
Conduct training and publicity on the relevant knowledge of the quality, environmental, occupational health and safety management systems and the system-related procedure documents.
12、质量、环境、职业健康与安全目标分解表的制作及月度实绩收集
Prepare the decomposition tables of quality, environmental, occupational health and safety objectives and collect the monthly actual performance.
13、 质量、环境、职业健康与安全目标实绩和不达标改善回复提交总经理
Submit the actual performance of quality, environmental, occupational health and safety objectives and the improvement responses for non-compliance to the General Manager.
任职资格：
Qualifications:
1、本科及以上学历
A bachelor's degree or above.
2、10年以上体系工作经验
More than 10 years of working experience in the system field.
3、熟悉 ISO9001、IATF16949 及其它体系的导入工作
Be familiar with the import work of ISO9001, IATF16949 and other systems.
4、能独立主导各类体系的内审、体系专项审核、外审工作
Be able to independently lead the internal audits, special system audits and external audits of various systems.
5、精通组织风险和机遇、法律法规的识别与评价工作
Be proficient in the identification and evaluation of organizational risks and opportunities, as well as laws and regulations.
6、ISO9001、IATF16949 管理体系内审员培训
Training as an internal auditor for ISO9001 and IATF16949 management systems.
7、对工作认真负责，细致周到，具有良好的团队合作精神，有良好的沟通及策划能力，能适当配合出差，有其他体系经验优先，如 QC080000,RBA,BCP 等
Be serious and responsible for work, meticulous and thoughtful, have a good team spirit, good communication and planning abilities, be able to cooperate with business trips appropriately. Those with experience in other systems, such as QC080000, RBA, BCP, etc., will be given priority.
8、英语需作为工作语言
English should be used as the working language.
