Principal Responsibilities: 61 Coordinate part of or all administrative activities such as transportation arrangement, canteen, dormitory, cleaning & sanitation, office renovation, nameplate, employee ID card etc. 61 Handle the affairs for expatriates with transacting visa, work permit, residence permit, and rental house. 61 Assist in organizing employee activities such as annual gatherings and trips, town hall meeting. 61 Assist in handling internal and external propaganda affairs, like Newsletter and bulletin board. 61 In charge of photographing and draft announcement for the company’s activities. 61 Assist in managing the Staff Management Committee. 61 Receive VIP visitors and handle the related arrangement. 61 Conduct 5S regular check and promote employees to maintain a good working environment. 61 New plant related administration issues, including supporting decoration, office relocation plan and implement, etc. 61 Complete other jobs assigned by superior in time.

Qualifications: 61 Associate or above degree is required. Majoring in Administration or English will be a plus. 61 Be good at written and spoken English. CET-4 or 6 is required, TEM 8 is a plus. 61 Good writing skills are required. 61 Be familiar with Word, Excel, PPT, etc. 61 Min. 3 years’ work experience of admin support in a multinational company. 61 Desired personality: energetic and proactive attitude, good team player, good communicator, good at time management and coordinating. 61 Have a good sense of compliance. 61 Boldly challenge what’s possible.
