Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Support Asia IS team travel planning and management (a. Support on visa application, flight booking, transportation arrangement, and hotel reservation. (b. Support any urgent case happen during Asia IS team’s business trip. (c. Support IS team member on travel expense reimbursement process. 2. Support meeting/ conference organization (a. Meeting attendee travel arrangement tracking and managing (b. Meeting venue arrangement and support (c. Meeting minutes record (d. Meeting follow up and documentation 3. Support Asia Regional IS Report generation and management (a. Monthly or quarterly report consolidation and follow up with all Asia IS team (b. Manage report format and assistance new report format with team (c. Assist in regular update 4. Support Asia projects follow up assistance (a. Tracking and monitor on project status and results on each stage (b. Document necessary information for project follow up (c. Consolidate and maintain project reports (d. Coordinate project post lunch review 5. Support Asia Regional IS Director and the managers that report to him (a. Act as liaison with cross functional teams in Asia/ HQ to ensure effective support for IS, Process any functions that relate to the Asia Regional IS Director. (b. Collect and analyze information to support decision making as required. (c. Provide administrative support. 6. Documentation Management
Education, Experiences and Skills: 1. University graduate. 2. Administrative or related background 3. Good oral and written communication in English and Chinese. 4. IS or project management experience in multinational/ diversity environment is preferred 5. Cooperative, proactive, detail oriented, and open minded mentality preferred. 6. Enjoy and be able to work with people with different cultural/ diversify background
