一 Job Summary/Purposes & Objectives 职务概况/目的与目标：
Ensure that the product and Prototype sample’s dimension, appearance, materials and reports are in line with customer requirement in early of new products development phase and engineering changes phase
保证新产品及手板的尺寸、外观、材质及报告均符合客户需求
二 Main Responsibilities & Tasks主要职责与任务：
Sample testing and quality feedback in new product development phase and product engineering change phase
新产品开发阶段及需工程变更的产品试样时的跟踪检验与质 量反馈；
b. New project &Prototype sample inspection;
新项目和手板的检验；
c. Provide inspection reports;
提供相关的检验报告；
d. Preservation and consolidation of related test reports and samples
相关检验报告及样品的保存及整理；
e. Other work arranged by FAI engineer or managers.
样品工程师或主管安排的其他工作。
三 Job Requirements & Competencies 职务要求与胜任条件
Education & Professional Experience 教育背景和职业经验：
a Technical secondary school or above in mechanical or other relevant major.
机械类或其他相关专业中专或以上学历。
b More than three years quality experience in metal stamping industry;
三年以上五金冲压行业质量工作经验；
c More than three-year Measuring experience.
三年以上测量工作经验。
d Can adapt to shift work system.
能适应倒班工作制
Essential Training/Professional Skills 主要专业知识和技能：
a Skilled use of projectors, video device, a high gauge, calipers, micrometers, CMM and other basic measurement equipments
熟练使用投影仪、影像仪、高度规、卡尺、千分尺、三次元等基本测量仪器。
b Experience of Hexagon CMM programing and operating is preferred.
熟悉海格斯康三坐标编程和操作者优先。
c Familiar with mechanical drawings, etc;
熟悉机械制图等；
d Good oral and written communication skills;
有良好的口头和书面表达能力；
e Skilled use of office software, good English;
熟练使用各种办公软件,英语良好；
