Overall key responsibilities and Tasks:
Arrange certification applications and collect technical documents according to certification requirements, certification regulations and product standards. Ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare inspection data according to the requirements of classification society, coordinate workshop to ensure that products meet the inspection conditions and make an appointment with classification society surveyors FAT according to the project schedule.
Accompany the surveyor to inspect, answer questions in the inspection process, follow up the rectification proposed in the inspection process until the closed.
Supporting to maintain DESMI professional certification societies services with surveyors.
Understand all document requirements required in customer order, collect and deliver to customer in time.
Update and maintain existing product line type approval certificate, support new product development type approval.
Maintain good communication with third Part/Classification society/ Customers.
Other assigned tasks.

Key professional capabilities and competences:
University degree (BSc or higher), major in mechanical, material or fluid related, Marine or offshore engineering experience is preferred.
Familiar with ISO audit, third-party product certification, 3-5 years of work experience in quality positions, skilled use of quality tools, cross-department collaboration ability.
Participate in the improvement of product certification process, have good communication and coordination ability and self-learning awareness.
Good analysis and problem-solving skills with high degree of responsibilities sense.
