Cover Regional Quality and HSE System: Main Duties and Responsibilities: - Supporting and Coordination of the Corporate Unit Functions, supporting and management of Asia plants for system management. - Assisting the plants in the assigned area with all measures relating to the quality and EHS management system. - Ensuring that the systems in the assigned area are implemented and maintained (process management, document control, QM and HSE systems, audit management) - Planning, carrying out, documenting and reporting internal audits according to IATF 16949/ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 incl. tracking the measures required and communicating the lessons learned - Moderating external audits according to IATF 16949/ISO 9001, ISO 14001/45001/50001reporting the results and communicating the lessons learned - Supporting of customer audit. - Assisting with the strategic refinement/enhancement of the global, integrated management system according to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, and of the EK management system - Helping to bring together EHS and occupational health and safety management processes according to ISO 14001, ISO 50001 and ISO 45001 into a global EHS management concept - Responsible for (sub-)project management tasks to standardize the legal HSE protection requirements in collaboration with other CU functions - Organizing and monitoring CIP measures relating to the environment and healthy safety - Drawing up training material, planning and holding training sessions on quality and HSE matters - Responsible for checking the regional CSRs. Responsible for ensuring that the requirements from the CSRs are communicated and implemented accordingly - Drawing up and maintaining central process documentation. Minimum Qualifications: 61 Completed degree (Bachelor) in Engineering or similar. 61 At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience. 61 Fluent English - Helping to set up, introduce and refine/enhance a KPI system (e.g. Quentic) for ISO 14001 /45001 and monitor the KPIs, including assuming responsibility for triggering the escalation levels if required
