Tasks and Responsibilities:
1)Managing and steering the project (project set-up, project controlling, project management)
2)Providing training on standards (online, on site) and explaining new standards
3)Participating in CU projects
4)Controlling KPIs and defining measures in coordination with the plants
5)Implementing CU standards at the plants (systemic implementation, training, handover to the plant, support)
6)Checking the long-term viability and the application of standards
7)Providing regional operational support for Production Control processes
8)Specifying regional requirements for Production Control processes
9)Implementation and rollout of digitalization concepts primarily based on SAP ERP/MES systems, including documentation, training, go-live support and hypercare
10)Regional point of contact for plant functions regarding Manufacturing Execution (MES) topics (Level 1 support)
Qualifications:
1)Completed bachelor’s degree. Min. 5 years of professional experience in production/Engineering function in automotive industry
2)Familiar with SAP System PP module
3)knowledge of IATF16949
4)Lean production
