· Make sure the shift abide by the Environmental, Health and Safety
regulations.确保班组工作遵守环境，健康和安全法规方面的要求。

· Assist to incident investigation, confirm the root cause, take preventive
measures and follow up.协助事故调查，确定事故的根本原因，采取预防措施并进行跟踪。




* Quality 质量



· Make sure the shift abide by the GMP policies. 确保班组遵守GMP的相关要求。

· Maintain high standard of operation discipline whenever treating people,
coordinating among functions, ensuring quality product, following procedure and
auditing. 与其他部门进行有效的沟通协作以保证员工很好的SOP执行纪律，并达到产品的质量要求和程序/稽核要求。

· Customer complain follow up and routine quality inspection check.
跟踪客户投诉质量问题和日常的质量检查。

· Routine focus on document control and validation understanding.
生产车间文件管控和验证跟踪。

Monitor the cleaning and sanitization implementation of cleaning room.
监督执行洁净室的清洁与消毒。




* Plan 计划



· Assist Production Supervisor to review and implement the production plan.
协助生产主管复核和落实生产计划。

· To drive the achievement and improvement of production index, communicate
with other functions so as to achieve company’s goals.
驱动班组生产指标的达成和改进，与相关部门进行有效的沟通协作，以达到公司目标。




* Operation 运营



· To supervise overall shift operation functions and keep shift subordinates
on the proper position. And align with company strategy. Such as EHS, GMP, and
other policies.管理班组营运职能部门员工，合理安排下属的岗位，根据公司的政策让员工严格执行EHS,GMP和其他政策。

· Raw material, WIP goods and spare parts control to reduce waste and keep
routine operation. 原物料和半成品/备件控制的日常运作，并减少浪费。

· Effective organize Tier meeting. 有效组织层级会议。




* People 人员



· Implement employee performance management effectively. 有效执行员工绩效。

· Make cross training plan to meet the capacity expansion. 制定交叉培训计划以满足今后产能的扩大。

· Assist Production Supervisor to identify the potential employees and make
developing plans so that the shift operation becomes more effective and
efficient. 协助生产主管识别有潜力的员工和制定发展计划以使本班团队运作更高效。




* Kaizen 改善



· Identify and perform shop floor Kaizen project. 识别并实施一线改善项目

· Motivate the subordinators to actively play roles in continuous improvement
program. 有效的激励自己的团队实施持续改进。

· Assure 6S is well implemented and maintained with daily improvement. 日常改进以确保
6S很好地被执行和维持。

· Assist Production Supervisor to identify VIP opportunities and implement.
协助生产主管识别VIP机会并且实施 。
