本岗位会频繁国内外出差，需要英语能作为工作语言。
岗位职责：
1.负责公司质量体系的建立、维护和认证，对质量管理体系执行的有效性负责；
Responsible for the establishment, maintenance and certification of the company's quality system, and responsible for the effectiveness of the implementation of the quality management system;
2.负责传递，监督，执行客户质量要求及客户特殊要求；
Responsible for transmitting, supervising and implementing customer quality requirements and customer special requirements;
3.负责新产品开发的质量策划；
Responsible for the quality planning of new product development;
4.负责客户的投诉和跟踪、解决；
Responsible for customer complaints, tracking and resolution;
5.负责工程师级别人员的质量培训和管理；
Responsible for the quality training and management of engineer-level personnel;
6.负责实验室的管理
Responsible for the management of the laboratory;
7.负责检测设备的策划和购买
Responsible for the planning and purchase of testing equipment;
8.负责供应商质量的管理
Responsible for supplier quality management;
9.建立和管理质量部KPI，及时向高层汇报进度和结果
Establish and manage the KPIs of the quality department, and report the progress and results to the senior management in a timely manner;
10.完成总经理交办的其他工作。
Complete other tasks assigned by the general manager;

任职要求：
1.本科学历，英语口语流利，可与外籍客户交流
Bachelor degree, fluent in spoken English, able to communicate with foreign customers;
2.10年以上质量管理工作经验，有客户质量管理工作经验；
5年以上汽车行业一级供应商质量工作经验；3年以上质量部人员管理经验
More than 10 years working experience in quality management, with customer quality management work experience;
More than 5 years working experience in the quality of first-tier suppliers in the automotive industry; More than 3 years of personnel management experience in quality department;
3.熟悉IATF16949质量管理体系，熟练运用QC七大手法, SPC,GR&R,MSA手法；
Familiar with IATF16949 quality management system, proficient in the use of QC seven techniques, SPC, GR&R, MSA techniques;
4.具有良好的跨部门沟通能力，较强的组织协调能力和执行力
Have good cross-departmental communication skills, strong organizational coordination skills and execution;
5.熟练操作办公软件，熟悉机械设计要求
Proficient in office software, familiar with mechanical design requirements;
