Job Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for customer complaints, internal serious production quality issues, external audit, report them to the operations manager 2. Strictly implement the company's policies, rules and regulations, guidelines and objectives 3. Preparation, implementation, review and revision of the company's quality management system; Supervise the implementation and be responsible for its implementation status 4. Put forward and implement the company's quality policy 5. Promote the quality awareness of contract products and strengthen quality management 6. Cooperate with the finance department to conduct quality cost classification, statistics, control & monitoring 7. Promotion and application of statistical techniques throughout the factory 8. Timely inform relevant departments of major quality issues or batch quality issues, organize and analyze the causes and take corresponding improvement, correction and prevention measures; 9. Conduct education, training and assessment for subordinates 10. Drafting and supervising the implementation of working procedures for matters directly in charge 11. Supervised customer complaints and reviewed 8D reports and audit 8D reports of suppliers' defective issues 12. Quality supervision during new project development, preliminary review of new project development, tooling drawing review of new project, internal PPAP review, supervision and confirmation of new project 13. Review and track customer’s PPAP and submit PPAP data for supervision
Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 year experiences in quality management, Automotive industry preferred; 2, Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing, strong communication skills, this is an important requirement; 3. Serious and responsible, strong sense of responsibility; 4. Familiar with ISO9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, management system; 5. Familiar with SAP, ERP system, seven techniques of quality and SPC.
