Be responsible for coaching and developing the expertise and skill set of the team members to ensure their success 610202 02Facilitate, drive and role model of Schaeffler culture and values with global mindset and strong communication skills Management & Operational Role: 02Advice, consultation and support to employees, managers and business unit leadership 610202 02Target and Planning: Set up plant strategies in alignment with regional and global quality strategies; Perform QM budget planning for the whole plant and cascade down the targets into the production units; make regular tracking and monitoring with plant management to ensure the achievement of the goals 610202 02Quality System: Ensure the implementation of quality system standards and provide related trainings for production units regarding methods, processes, tools to ensure the capability of quality assurance; Coordinate customer audit in development phase and coordinate cus-tomer certification and audit for mass production projects in order to ensure the customer satisfaction; Supervise production FMEA control plans of each production units/segments, provide relevant trainings 610202 02Supplier Quality: Supervise and control supply quality of incoming materials (IQC) / Receiv-ing inspections; Perform supplier development for relevant projects/products in close co-operation with related production units / segments as well as purchasing; Perform supplier claim escalations in corporation with Purchasing 610202 02Customer Complaint Handling: Ensure quick response to customer complaint (0 Km locally produced), coordinate immediate actions to find root causes by means of 8D report etc. and coordinate corrective measures to solve the problems 610202 02Others: Implement Schaeffler Group guideline and Schaeffler Greater China policies as well as the plant regulations, ensure the production units / segment is in compliance with internal and external standard requirements 02 您的任职资格 University degree or above in engineering or related mechanical At least 5 years related working experience, including 3 years working experience on quality system and customer complaint handling Mandarin and English as working language Be proficient with technical product knowledge Be an expert of quality system methods, standards and processes Be proficient with product quality specifications and measuring technologies Be familiar with manufacturing processes Strong leadership skills Be proficient with conflicts management, problem solving as well as decision making Entrepreneurial thinking and acting Customer focus Good team player Professional communication skills Social and intercultural sensitivity
