The position holder is mainly responsible for branding and marketing support to School of Advanced Technology (SAT). Activities will include but are not limited to developing branding objectives for the various school business directions, establishing and maintaining the promotion various school platforms, the planning and production of promotional materials. The marketing officer will work closely with the university marketing and communication team, academic staff, the school professional services team and student volunteers.
61 Support the school manager in formulating school strategies on marketing and communication based on the school’s development strategy. 61 Support school promotion and branding events, such as the school open day and programme choice. 61 Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to produce and regularly update marketing collateral and publicity materials (brochure, poster, flyers etc.) and to manage the stock of all marketing collateral. 61 Work with the UMC liaison officer to create content for the school’s digital platforms, including the official webpage and social media accounts, especially for the SAT Red Book Account. 61 Work with external suppliers to produce diversified customized school souvenirs and marketing materials to strengthen the “SAT” brand image. 61 Work extensively with staff, students and alumni to develop content, stories, and other materials for programme related websites, content marketing initiatives, campaigns, newsletters, etc. 61 Support the school professional services team with any other related responsibilities. 61 Other tasks assigned by the school manager.
Qualifications:
61 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or other related disciplines 61 Three years relevant experience in marketing or event management, preferably gained in sizable / MNC companies; 61 Experience of working in an office environment covering a range of administrative tasks 61 Experience of using the Microsoft Office suite in a workplace 61 Awareness of cultural diversity within an international environment

61 Creative, detail-oriented, personal accountable, good communication & organizational skills and with good market sense in education filed 61 Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese 61 Excellent interpersonal skills, innovative, idea-driven, goal-getting, dynamic, self-motivated. 61 Detailed-oriented and able to work under tight schedule 61 Strong computer skills in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese word processing, skills in short video taking and production will be a plus 61 Ability to work with a group of people
