岗位职责:
1. Strategic planning on plant level：Identifying, planning, recommending and completing safety/environmental programs in accordance with SIG global EHS strategy taking also local legal requirement into account.
根据SIG全球EHS战略确定、规划、推荐和完成安全/环境计划，同时考虑当地法律要求。
2. Compliance with Corporate and local legal requirements：
Implementation of global policies and guidelines on local level as well as implementing local legal requirements into the plant processes covering safety, environmental and fire protection topics.
确保合规-在地方一级实施全球政策和指南，并将地方法律要求落实到涉及安全、环境和消防主题的工厂流程中。
3. Auditing and gap analysis-Assessment of the plant EHS performance and development / proposal / conducting of proper measures to comply with all corporate and legal requirements in the field of EHS.
对工厂EHS绩效进行审计和差距分析评估，并制定/提议/实施适当措施，以符合EHS领域的所有公司和法律要求.
4. Review and Follow-up-Keeping on track / follow-up of measures connected to safety/environmental issues/incident analysis/risk assessments to ensure a timely and proper response.
5. 审查和跟进跟踪/跟进与安全/环境问题/事件分析/风险评估相关的措施，以确保及时和适当的响应。
6. Risk analysis, Incident analysis, to monitor success or failure of safety, occupational health and environment and also report it regularly to the superior or CBAP-management.
风险分析，事故分析，以监督安全、职业健康和环境方面的成功、或者失败案例，同时定期将其汇报给主管、或者CBAP管理层。
7. Networking with the EHS-Managers of other SIG-plants worldwide. Project work (leading and participation) on EHS-relevant topics.
与全球其他康美包工厂的EHS经理保持联络。EHS相关话题的课题研究（主导和参与）。
8. Establish and maintain ISO 14001EMS，45001 OH&S management system, and China National Safety Production Standardization System to be in full compliance and consistment effective, and meanwhile implement SIG global self assessment, SES-safet pillar with continous improvement.
建立并保持ISO 14001,ISO45001,安全生产标准化管理体系完全符合要求，持续有效，同时确保SIG集团的安全自评体系，SIG精益管理体系中安全支柱体系的持续改善。
9. Site representative of FSC COC, ISCC+ and ASI, conduct the regulary audit and coordinate with global for external audit activities.
作为FSC,ISCC+,ASI体系的现场代表，定期落实内审，并协同集团做好外审工作安排。
10. Collaboration with the relevant stakeholders (internal and external) such as management,workers council,insurance companies,etc. To monitor success or failure of safety, occupational health and environment and also report it regularly to the superior or CBAP-management.
与内部和外部的有关各方（如：管理层、工会、保险公司等）协同工作。监督安全、职业健康和环境方面的成功、或者失败案例，同时定期将其汇报给主管、或者CBAP管理层。
11. Responsible for the supervision and management of hazardous chemicals and waste disposal areas.
负责危险化学品、废弃物处理区域的监督和管理。
12. Manage the security guard team and improve their performance；Responsible for the examination, monitoring of the factory electronic enclosures, ensuring the security of the site, the factory personnel and vehicles in and out of safety management.
管理保安团队,并改善其绩效，负责对厂区电子围栏、监控的检查、确保场所安
全，管理厂区人员、车辆的出入安全。
13. Responsible for the handling of emergencies in the factory, and to conduct periodical emergency response practice. Coordinate with supplier for fire protection equipments are regularly maintained, and run well; Internal monitor the monthly fire extinguishers inspection;To coordinate with Administration team regarding security measure related safety.负责对厂区突发/紧急事件的处理,定期开展应急演练，就消防设备的定期维护和良好运转与供应商进行协调；内部监督每月的灭火器检查。在安全相关的安保措施方面与行政团队进行配合。

任职要求:
1.Bachelor degree (preferably in Safety Science or Environmental Science)
本科学历，安全专业或者环境专业优先。
2.Good English skill
良好的英文口语能力
3.Equipped with the license of Safety Officer certified by the Welfare and Labour protection Department.
具有劳动保障部门颁发的安全员许可证。
4.3-5 years’ experience in EHS gained from multi-international companies.
至少3-5年跨国公司EHS方面的工作经验。
