- Responsible for performing of accounting activities for the respective SAP system.
- Executes assigned tasks on time to ensure efficient service delivery; addresses open issues independently or with the minimal guidance for the Accounting Team Leader; identifies areas for improvement and recommends improvement solutions.
- Ensures application of accounting policies and procedures.
- Liaison with retained organization.
- Collaborates with the Accounting Team Leader and other Accounting Team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned activities.
- Ensures that the applied Accounting practices and procedures are compliant with applicable policies, laws and regulations.
- Identifies and implements improvements in the areas of Accounting.
- Recommends policy and procedure changes to improve the timely performance of Accounting activities.
- Contributes to ensure service delivery of the team is within the agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Responsible for timely identification of open issues and supports resolution.



Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor degree.
- At least 2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance with 1+ years of experience in selected process / processes is preferred.
- Proficient MS Office, incl. Excel.
- Good understanding of SAP is a plus.
- Fluent English and local language.
- Good communication skills.
- Good financial analysis and advanced accounting knowledge.
- Good organizational skills.
- Detail oriented, structured.
