1.Developing the sales strategy for the response customer in line with company objectives. 2.Monitoring and updating sales forecast monthly, clear the gap and achieve the target. 3.Developing new project and following up the design activity to win the new business 4.Working with global team on key account strategy to secure the sustainable growth and build up long term relationship with regional key account branches. 5.Building strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors. 6.Identify market trend and customer needs to prepare safety inventory and reduce the slow-moving products. 7.Collect the market / competitive intelligence and share with team to support our product/pricing strategy. 8.Work closely with technology and marketing team for new development projects. 9.Responsible for brand management and corporate identity 10.Overdue payment handling 11.Monthly report on sales analysis and other tasks assigned by manager. Required Experience 1.Bachelor’s or master’s degree with major in Polymer Science, Chemistry Engineering or Business. 2.At least 5 years’ sales experience with strong business development skill, key account and distributor management is a strong plus. 3.Logic thinking and strong negotiation skill to drive result. 4.Demonstrated self-starter and ability to work independently or within a team. 5.Strong influencers internally within the organization. 6.Result driven a passionate to achieve the goals 7.Working experience in pigment/chemical industry is preferred. 8. Effective verbal and written communication skills in English Preferred Experience 1.Strong project management skills/ability to prioritize work and consistently meet deadlines. 2.Demonstrated leadership skill will be an advantage. 3.Driver’s license required.
