1. Day to day management of regional systems environments (stability, security) – Email, SharePoint, internet access, security and backup services 2. Production and maintenance of documentation & user guides 3. Provide and coordinate the support for annual systems audits 4. Manage software licensing and ensure the sites remain compliant with license agreements 5. Manage relationships with key suppliers 6. Coordinate regional backups and data archiving 7. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting and test data & system restores 8. Upgrades of hardware and software desktop environments within group standards 9. Ensuring all data is managed efficiently and securely across all regional sites 10. Implementing new technologies in line with business strategies and growth 11. Ability to identify new applications and hardware that will enhance the productivity of the business and propose to the infrastructure leadership team 12. Desktop support where there are no other service desk staff on the local site 13. Primary support for all regional server issues 14. Assisting in the implementation of new technologies in business enhancement projects. 15. Manage global IT services on Azure cloud. 16. Other tasks appointed by reporting managers. Skills and Attributes Key Skills & Competences 1. Formal education in a support/ technical environment 2. Minimum 5 years-experience in an IT environment ideally with some supervisory experience 3. Good knowledge of platforms used in the local systems architecture 4. Excellent knowledge of the regional systems architecture and applications 5. Spoken & Written English to a reasonable level 6.
