Position Summary:
The KAM is responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with strategically important customers. The role involves collaborating with clients to identify their needs and develop solutions that foster customer satisfaction and long-term business growth. The KAM acts as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring smooth operations, meeting sales targets, and aligning with the company’s strategic objectives.

Job Description:
1.Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, and update the key accounts demand.
2.Account Strategy: Analyze account performance and market trends, and create tailored account plans that align with company objectives and drive business growth.
3.Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of projects, timely delivery of services, and issue resolution.
4.Negotiation and Frame Contract Management: Lead contract negotiations and renewals with key accounts, ensuring terms align with both customer expectations and company profitability goals.
5.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of account activities, and prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and presentations for senior management.
6.Support Sales Target Achievement: support sales to meet or exceed sales targets for key accounts

Requirements
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree and above in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field;
2.Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Key Account Management, Sales, or a related customer-facing role, preferably within Auto industry
3.Skills:
-Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Proven track record in fostering long-term client relationships.
-Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies accordingly.
-Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
-Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
-Other: Willingness to travel as needed
