1. Draft, edit, and translate high-quality written materials in both English and Chinese, including government reports, project plans and reports, bidding documents and other formal documents. 2. Create visually compelling presentation materials that effectively communicate complex ideas. Adapt writing style to suit different audiences, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and professionalism in all communications. 3. Responsible for planning and organizing different projects, ensuring all tasks are executed effectively and efficiently. 4. Analyze various projects and write reports that provide insights and recommendations based on information gathering and data analysis with strong analytical skills. 5. Generate a range of work-related documents, including policies, workflows, and other procedural guidelines in alignment with different projects. 6. Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, including scheduling, meeting coordination, and prepare accurate and timely meeting minutes. 7. Collaborate with other teams to provide editing support, ensuring the clarity and precision of written materials.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree is preferred. 2. Strong written skills, with the ability to craft clear, professional, and audience-specific documents in both English and Chinese. 3. Prior experience in managing projects with a solid understanding of technology, government and industry-related work, strong ability to conduct with market research and perform data analysis. 4. Excellent bilingual communication skills. 5. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively, especially when handling urgent or time-sensitive projects. 6. Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
