As a Sr. Project Manager, you’ll be part of our Global Strategy Office team. Specifically, you will support and drive key elements within the GSC operating model as outlined: Lead and drive strategic transformational workstreams and projects in partnership with the Global Supply Chain and Business Unit leadership teams. Activities include: Execute strategic initiatives on time and on cost, with minimum disruptions to the existing business. Execute robust governance models, project implementation, risk mitigation, and contingency plans. Effectively delegate project tasks to the appropriate owners Collaborate with internal team members to share best practices, methodology, and opportunities for improvement. Ability to communicate progress, risks, and escalations with the project teams as well as upwards in the organization. Collaborate with financial partners and regional SC teams to monitor and track to financial targets and budgets for strategic initiatives. Drive business case build (i.e. cost benefit analysis) for each discrete optimization project Partner with Global Supply Chain leadership team and different functional groups to understand interdependencies Utilize project management tools to accurately scope and track project performance and interdependencies Functional leader on weekly project team calls Develop and own content that is presented in steering committee environment Develop and execute project plans including resource requirements, deliverables, milestones, and completion timelines Work through conflicting issues, roadblocks and dependencies; proactively manage risks, changes and communication with project stakeholders The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain or related business discipline required 3-5 years of supply chain project management experience required Experience in a dynamic, large company environment. Extensive operating experience improving current business processes or implementing proven best practices Experience projects for multiple clients simultaneously A track record of delivering on agreed upon project objectives Well experienced in summarizing and presenting business information to all levels in organizations Proven expertise in Business Case Modeling and Project Management Strong leadership and organizational skills, and ability to prioritize workload Highly detail oriented, with excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to coordinate internal resources in a matrix environment to accomplish project objectives Time management skills Professional verbal and written communication skills Experience with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet Have or obtain PMP certification within 12 months
