Essential Functions, Roles and Responsibilities: 61 Communicate and implement the company’s quality assurance policies and procedures 61 Interpret and implement quality assurance standards of API Q1 and ISO9001:2015 61 Evaluate adequacy of quality management system to API Q1, API 6A and ISO9001:2015 and other relevant industry standards 61 Comply with quality management and inspection procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data 61 Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems by planned process audits and workstation audits 61 Audit and monitor testing and inspection activities of materials and products to ensure finished product quality 61 Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities 61 Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and report to departments and management team of the company 61 Collect and compile statistical quality data 61 Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system 61 Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions 61 Assist to prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities 61 Coordinate to identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality management system. 61 Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external customers and registrar organizations. 61 Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions 61 Monitor risk management activities 61 Be responsible for document management systems 61 Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements 61 Be able to select, evaluate, approve and re-evaluate supplier 61 Be able to conduct supplier on site audit 61 Monitors suppliers’ performance and assures feedback to the supplier. Assists suppliers’ with problem-solving and resolution to recurring issues. Verifies the effectiveness of those corrective actions 61 Responsible for maintaining supplier qualification documentation 61 Supporting the purchasing department to develop supplier and solve difficult and complicated problems. EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE: 61 Bachelor’s degree preferred, must major of machinery or material science, at least 5 years working experience in quality department.
