Explore new application fields, evaluate opportunity, grow business with existing & potential key customers in China mainland.
Main Responsibilities 61 New customer acquisition: investigate & explore business potential, penetrate new customer via product innovation/value-selling o Work with Marketing team to explore opportunities in new application fields (on top of selected “High 5” strategic application fields), focusing on Food + Beverage & Home Care/Personal Care industry in China mainland. o Work with Sales Head/Product Development team to assess opportunities and develop product to fulfill requirement, negotiate and deal, eventually deliver profitable business in sustainable way 61 Grow with existing customer o Plan and implement sales strategy for existing key customers responsible, enhance relationship with them via deploying “Diamond Model”, identify opportunity to further grow 61 Manage/collect market intelligence on competitors & customers in real time to provide reliable insight for strategic & pricing decisions by Management. 61 Coordinate with Finance department to manage sales AR and credit control. 61 Coordinate with Logistic department to control inventory level. 61 Coordinate with Production department to achieve OTIF. 61 Other tasks been assigned.
Required Qualifications: 61 Bachelor’s degree or above 61 >10 working experience in sales role, serving key accounts 61 English skills in reading, writing, oral communication, and presentation skills is MUST 61 experience in foreign investment company, ideally in food and beverage packaging related 61 Strong capability on customer-relationship management,. 61 Good interpersonal and communication skill, self-motivated 61 Logical, strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
